It was beautifully decorated and quaint and felt very homey and French. It was right next to the cutest little downtown area with shops and restaurants. We walked the area every morning and evening! In addition, the staff was marvelous!

Staff were so good, very welcoming & went above & beyond to help with any requests (booking taxis etc). Very helpful & made the trip much easier. Location was great!

Location is closed in central downtown. Facility are all set, staff were very helpful. Breakfast were so nice!

Very nice location close to the center of Carpentras. Clean and nicely decorated hotel. Super restaurant!!! Best food for money I had in years!!

Here is my BEST Best Western so far. The interior is good. Breakfast is really good. The staff is good. We had bikes and those were stored in the cloakroom safely.

The place is all about the lovely people who run it. They went over and above for me (helping me when I damaged my rental car and being overly kind when I forgot my key pass one night).

Nicely renovated hotel with secure parking. The Lady on reception was very helpful and spoke very good English!
